Tomorrow morning I'm off to Nashville, TN for a few days for work...aka I will not be in my typical groove. When I think of travel & airports, freshens, wolfgang puck and fastfood come to mind. I'm usually in such a rush that I will inhale anything that is edible, not a good habit if you ask me! To avoid these delicious fat traps, I decided to bring a long my own snacks instead of gravitating toward the first food kiosk I see. I will report back in a few days if I behaved ; )
