When I think of travel &amp;amp; airports, freshens, wolfgang puck and fastfood come to mind. I'm usually in such a rush that I will inhale anything that is edible, not a good habit if you ask me! To avoid these delicious fat traps, I decided to bring a long my own snacks instead of gravitating toward the first food kiosk I see. A pantry face-lift. Time to toss the crap! Out with the old and in with the new! It's pretty simple, the less processed food I eat, the better I feel. Why can't I always live by that rule? Because I let my emotions get the best of me and I  eat everything but the kitchen sink (really...). I&lt;br /&gt;am a firm believer in "everything in moderation". My goal is to be at peace with myself. Happy with who I am.
